This was intended to be a reissue of the 1969 Pye 623171 release, now pressed by Polydor in the "99" Budget series. The sleeve lists the 12 tracks, the vinyl only had 10 - with "I'm Glad" & "Grown So Ugly" missing. (See images).
(The 10-track Marble Arch 'budget' master possibly used). It was quickly repressed, using same Category.

This album is actually Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band's 1st album "Safe As Milk", renamed for this 1970 issue. The album was originally released in 1967.
