In die-cut sleeve with gatefold 12" x 12" dual-language lyric sinsert. Record itself is housed in a round-bottomed clear plastic inner sleeve. Same pictures on the disc as the US picture disc. However, unlike the US picture Disc (which does not have any written information on the disc), this Japanese version has artists and track list printed on the actual disc.

Obi strip on left-hand side of the sleeve.

Although "Dancing In The Sheets" is credited to Shalamar, the track was in fact seemingly only performed by Howard Hewett (lead singer of Shalamar).
