This Japanese Black Triangle release looks very similar to, but different from the 1983 release - Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon which was labelled as "MFD. BY TOSHIBA EMI LTD." but was actually produced by CBS/Sony.

This release was produced by Toshiba/EMI and the letters "TO" are included in the matrix runout. The CD hub is clear and has no markings. This release has very different EQ levels to those of the linked 1983 CBS/Sony produced release. The early Japanese pressings of this album are often differentiated by the descriptions:

This release also has a barcode that I have not seen on pictures of other Discog entries of this title.

This CD was released with a 24-page booklet that featured the album title, album credits, song titles in both Japanese and English, song timings, musician credits, pictures of the band and pyramids, a history of Pink Floyd written by Michael Dale, and lyrics in both English and Japanese. The front page was the album cover.

Note on Credits:
Though not stated in the liner notes, Barry St. John, Doris Troy, Lesley Duncan, and Liza Strike perform backing vocals only on tracks 4, 7, 9, and 10.
