The back tray insert states:

"All tracks on Disc 1 plus Tracks on Disc 2 were recorded live in Lueneburg, Germany on September 3rd 1993.
Tracks 10-13 on Disc 2 were recorded in Sheffield on August 2nd. Tracks 14-21 on Disc 2 recorded in London by BBC Radio One on September 7th 1993. Tracks 22-26 on Disc 2 were recorded by MTV during the aftershow in Munich on August 28th 1993."

Tracklist from disc 3 does not appear on the release.

This is the initial release as a 3 disc set - it was later reissued twice as follows:
