Australian release was based on the UK version, but regionalised. 2 tracks removed, 7 retained as per the UK version, the remainder substituted with local hits from Australian and overseas artists. Whitesnake and Survivor remain on the album, but have their songs changed for another of their respective releases. Back cover art changed.
Meatloaf's Dead Ringer For Love is listed as 'Deadringer For Love' on back cover.

The title tagline 'It ain't heavy...' appears on the front cover, but not on the record labels, so has been omitted from the album title of this release.
