It easy to assume this is a black copy if you don't look closely, which is what I did for more than 25 years, as it looks pretty dark if you don't pull it out into the light. I purchased new because of the K records stamp on the back of the sleeve. I thought/assumed it was black, because it clearly wasn't red. I struggled on naming the color. Dried blood may have been a more accurate name

There is a seemingly purposeful red dot on the right side sleeve. I wonder if this might have been done by the label to help them avoid misidentifying them as black.

I don't know if it is a coincidence that this previously unknown color came in a sleeve stamped distributed by K, or if all Distributed by K versions had unique color(s).

Recorded in May, 1990, at the Music Source, Seattle.
