Notes

Phil Ochs' last studio album, this is not a collection of hits, but an album called "Greatest Hits." The album featured members of The Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers, and Elvis Presley's backing band, as well as Merry Clayton, famous for her vocal on Gimme Shelter by The Rolling Stones. The gold lamé suit Ochs wears on the cover was made by famed tailor Nudie Cohn. Ochs hanged himself six years after the release of Greatest Hits.
