Disc three includes various BBC sessions (three for John Peel and one Old Grey Whistle Test appearance) and the two tracks Tyla Gang had on Various - Hope & Anchor Front Row Festival.

Each disc is supplied in a cardboard sleeve. a 12 page booklet includes track listings, production credits and an interview with Sean Tyla.
