Front sleeve has "BIG 4" as title but on the back of sleeve "The Cameo Big 4" is written across top of sleeve and vertically in smaller print.
"Garrod" in very small print on bottom back sleeve.
Released in a ''flipback'' laminated picture sleeve.
Push out center.
"Recording first published 1962" is printed on both labels but Cameo Parkway did not start up until 1966 and went bankrupt by 1967 so release date had to be either 1966 or 1967.
