This CD was commissioned by the Utrecht Landscape as result of a long restoration project of the Utrecht mills. Maurits Westerik (singer / guitarist GEM) was asked to make a composition with the sounds of the two mills: the mill of the Polder Westbroek and the mill of the Polder Buitenweg in Oud-Zuilen. It is a kind of meditative journey through the landscape with the two mills in the lead. The miller himself is heard on this CD.
