This disc was recorded on September 1977 in de Dojo Zen de Paris. On the first side Master Taisen Deshimaru chants, alone, some grand sutras of Buddhism that he would sing during zazen sceances. The second side shows us the complete ceremony with his disciples, that closes the first zazen, every morning. This ceremony has a profound signification. It is one of the most excellent breathing trainings.
