Notes

A Little Cantata is written for a large unison choir of nearly a hundred handicapped persons, children and adults, kindly assisted by the girls of Covent Of Mercy High School. The accompaniment is scored for bells, recorders and percussion, including gong, all played by disabled children.
Commissioned by the National Council for Special Education (Merseyside Branch) to mark the International Year of Disabled People, A Little Cantata was first performed in Liverpool Cathedral. This performance was recorded by Peter Duncan and Radio City in Christ's and Notre Dame College, Liverpool on Monday, 2th July 1981.
