This is a brief diaristic monologue delivered and recorded by the late experimental psychological theorist Wilhelm Reich. It was clearly recorded as US authorities were prosecuting him for what they deemed scientific fraud. The tone is one of isolated sadness and near paranoia.

This cassette was purchased at the Wilhelm Reich Museum gift shop in Rangeley, ME, sometime in the early 2010s. More information here:
