Dear Mr. Program Director:

First, we would like to say how pleased we are that your station is taking our program. Without your help our message would not be heard. Since we send out only four shows per month, 48 shows per year, a station must either air some programs more than once, or miss four weeks during a year. To fill this gap, we are providing your station with four 25-minute specials designed to be "non-perishable." Should our regular program not reach your station on time, or when there are five weeks in a month, these "specials" will be just what you need as a filler. They have been produced especially for such occasions.

We hope you will be pleased with our efforts. We want you to know that we are concerned with helping maintain your format and will continue to make every effort to constantly improve the quality and content of our programs.
