First promo release of Pacific Coast Highway. This version is very basic with a CD in a jewel case and just a single sheet front cover. No track information is given, other than 'Track 1 - 12' printed on the CD, where it also states: 'Pre-Release - Not For Sale'.

Interestingly, the front cover artwork is identical to Franke's next album The London Concert, but here has the title Pacific Coast Highway.
