Notes

With Lights Are Very Deceptive At Night the aim was to focus on the sound of the piano, subtly augmented by other sounds such as bowed acoustic guitar, violin and field recordings. The field recordings were recorded in Essex, England and in South Korea and reflect my interest in, and connections with the Far East. The concept of East meets West is something that has always interested me and this appears in this music without ever being explicit.
