This item is most likely a counterfeit of the Parkzicht Mixtapes. The paper quality is different, it's not 'made by' Under House Organisation and the tracklist is separately added on a paper. The tape is not stickered. All the songs come from 1991, but the tape is most likely from 1992, because it copied the design of Various - Underground Rotterdam House Tape' 25.
