Inspired by a stream by Hitbox.tv (formerly streaming on the site Twitch until she was banned) streamer BrittanyVenti, which the vocalist of Sad Senpai was banned from. Hello Kitty Killiation Metal's title and other song titles originated from various line (most of which are sampled on this EP). The title came from a line "Hello Kitty doesn't listen to killiation metal", which is used on the song "Killiation Metal", the reason for the sampling was for comedic purposes and also because BrittanyVenti had been telling various Facebook pages she would take legal action against them if they used her material without permission.
