After months of fighting childhood traumas, researching mass induced drunken stupors and playing existential videogames, null sonics have finally managed to scrape enough dedication for yet another compilation. 'take02' features the usual gang of offenders (fgau, Moodswing, Protosoniq, Spiraal Aurel, Vestige Swell), once again treading a fine line between fuzzy technoid beats and all-around barrage of noise. But that's not all! This time they managed to pull some well-established artists into their sordid affair, namely British 170 bpm wizard Paragon and Berlin-based industrial maverick Swarm Intelligence, as well as our old friend Gekh, a fine musician from the Russia's industrial center Novosibirsk.
