Black paper labels, red titles, white print, released in red die cut sleeve, white print.
Strangely, the sleeve titles are printed on the back.

Very similar to the european promo 7", with the same catalog numbers.
This sleeve is die-cut, the european one is plain red.
On sleeve, "FICSDJ 28" is printed above "887 329-7", on the european one it's the other way round.

Some copies feature a "Release Date 8th Feb 88" Ferret & Spanner sticker on the rear of the sleeve.
