So Far From Home is the second single released by multi-talented artist Jordan Barnes.

After a surf trip in the Mentawai Islands of Indonesia, Jordan was inspired to donate all proceeds from the single to SurfAid International, a non-profit humanitarian organisation whose aim is to improve the health, wellbeing and self-reliance of people living in isolated regions connected to us through surfing. www.surfaidinternational.org.
