It was suposed to be the 10 year anniversary issue from the track "Rush Hour". Written and produced by Terrence Dixon. Original release on Utensil Records, 1995. (RH020-2)

Thank you to all who have been involved with Rush Hour over the past ten years. Population One - Rush Hour was the inspiration for naming our company Rush Hour. This ten years anniversary release is an ode to that track.
