Final Fantasy IV is part of the "Final Fantasy Chronicles" compilation, reintroduced in 2001 for the PlayStation console, along with Chrono Trigger. Similarly, the soundtracks were released as part of the "Music from Final Fantasy Chronicles" series, though sold separately.
The release includes the 44 original tracks from Final Fantasy IV plus one bonus track, also composed by Nobuo Uematsu.
