But in the runout etchings Carlton Batts is found as mastering engineer and that is the reliable source here.

A rework of 'Can You Party' by Todd Terry, which was a rework of 'Party People' by the same artist.
The slightly unintelligible 'This Is A Blank...... Ket' sample looped towards the end of the record is in fact 'This Is A Blank Formatted Diskette' and is the default sample included on new storage disks for an Ensoniq Mirage sampler, a popular workstation at the time.
