It's been two years since TCD shocked the underground with their debut "Ear To The Street". Echoes of the bass driven beats, found on songs like "Fonky Expedition" can still be heard bumpin' in some rides; but now, the two sistahs representing Oaktown and Richmond are fixin' to drop some new sh*t, and it's all about the game! "Gamers" is the title of their latest single, as well as the title of their upcoming album, set to drop in March '96.

With a team of phat Bay Area producers lined up in front of the mixing board (such as Mike Mosely - "Sprinkle Me", Tone Capone - "I Got 5 On It", and, of course, Paris - who produced their first album), and a "click" of female rappers droppin' gems here and there (Suga T, Mystic, Shuga Babydoll), The Conscious Daughters' new effort serves hardcore beats to a hardcore audience.

"Gamers". Whether it's the Sex Game, the Gettin' Paid Game, or, simply, the My Sh*t Is Tight Game, The Conscious Daughters are ready to set it off in the 9-6.
