Early pressings came in a linen box and included a booklet with libretto of 18 pages.
The stereo version of it has a sticker-shaped print on the upper left "STEREO / auch MONO abspielbar".
Maybe there is a very first version where this info was a real sticker, like wit appeared on other releases.
